The Nemours Cardiac Center, Delaware, is seeking a Pediatric Electrophysiologist. The Nemours Cardiac Center at The Nemours Children’s Hospital is seeking a second electrophysiologist to join our practice. Invasive and non-invasive applicants with Junior, Mid-level, or Senior level experience are encouraged to apply. Nemours Children’s Hospital is a stand-alone pediatric hospital situated on the grounds of the duPont Mansion in Wilmington, DE.
Candidates should be Board certified or eligible Pediatric Cardiologists and have a dedicated 4th year subspecialty training in Pediatric Electrophysiology.

The Nemours Cardiac Center is recognized as a leading provider of comprehensive integrated pediatric and adult congenital cardiac care in the region. The Cardiac Center is an Integrated Care practice inclusive of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesiology, Cardiac Intensive Care, and Pediatric Cardiology, as well as a Magnet dedicated nursing staff and ancillary staff focused on the care of children with cardiac disease, allowing seamless continuity of care and collaboration. The inpatient care units are expanding beyond the current 14-bed designated CICU and 15 bed cardiac acute care unit. In addition, the Nemours Cardiac Center houses state of the art cardiac operating rooms, two cardiac catheterization hybrid suites, and a state of the
art electrophysiology lab. The Nemours Cardiac Center participates in national registries and research networks and faculty collaborate in national organizations and multi-institutional research.

We provide care of arrhythmias starting in fetal life though adulthood. We provide specialized device clinics, channelopathy, sudden death, and autonomic dysfunction clinics. The EP team currently consists of an electrophysiologist and a dedicated ARNP as well as ancillary support
staff. Teaching and education are integral parts of this position. Academic appointment is available through The Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
