2025 SADS Courts K. Cleveland, Jr. Young Investigator Awards in Genetic Heart Diseases (Channelopathies & Cardiomyopathies)

Deadline: December 2, 2024 for Abstract Submission

SADS announces its 2025 SADS Foundation Courts K Cleveland Jr. Young Investigator Awards in Genetic Heart Diseases (Channelopathies & Cardiomyopathies) competition, which recognizes and encourages the work of young investigators studying sudden cardiac death predisposing genetic heart diseases (channelopathies & cardiomyopathies), their mentors, and their parent institutions. This year, we have revised guidelines, timeline, increased awards and partnership with Heart Rhythm Society online abstract submission.

Authors wishing to participate in the SADS YIA competition must submit an abstract to the Heart Rhythm 2025 submission site by December 2, 2024 and indicate their interest in being considered for the SADS YIA in the “Awards” section. Submit your 2025 abstract to HRS here by December 2, 2024.

All authors must also submit a full-length unpublished manuscript to be eligible for the SADS YIA competition. A manuscript may be uploaded to the HRS abstract portal along with your abstract or submit it directly to SADS by February 14, 2025.
