Implementing ARREST across the AHA SFRN

Dear fellow health care provider,

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study titled “Implementing ARREST across the AHA SFRN” aimed at identifying the best approach to educate health care providers about genetic testing in cardiology. The results of this study will be used to inform and guide the creation of a continuing educational program.

This study is open to licensed and currently practicing MD, DO, PA, RN or APRN in the United States. This anonymous online survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. If you receive the invitation to participate in the survey multiple times, please only complete the survey once. At the end of the survey, you have the option to enter in a drawing to receive one of ten $100 Visa gift cards.
