2022 IAC Research Award

Paces_Logo
Dear friends,

The Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) is a non-profit organization that represents more than 40 medical societies in developing standards for diagnostic procedures and imaging modalities. IAC is looking to financially support projects predicated on improving quality, safety or patient outcomes specifically so that these projects can be adopted in guidelines or IAC standards.

The purpose of the 2022 IAC Research Award is to:
  • Explore a quality or safety issue identified by a medical society impacting patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop benchmarks, best practices, and quality metrics.
  • Use the research data to create quality or patient safety practice guidelines.
Fortunately, the IAC has sought partnership with PACES to endorse a project for submission for the 2022 IAC Research Award (click here for IAC research award details). Applications will be reviewed by the PACES Research Committee and the most worthy proposal will be endorsed for submission by PACES.

Please send applications to Peter Aziz (azizp@ccf.org) by July 15th for review. Refer to the IAC website for proposal/submission details.

Thank you for considering,
Peter Aziz
