PACES/ISACHD survey

Paces_Logo
Dear PACES Members:

We are conducting a survey of adult and pediatric cardiologists, electrophysiologists, ACHD specialists, and others engaged in the cardiac care of patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) to analyze practice patterns for risk stratification and prevention of sudden cardiac death. We are reaching out to PACES members at this time and would be grateful for your participation! Our goal is to have at least one survey completed by your program, although multiple entries are welcomed, especially when there is not a consensus on management of these patients. This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Please respond at your next opportunity - the survey will close on Friday January 21st at 1700 PT.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns about the content of the survey. The survey has been approved by the PACES research committee and the IRB at Providence St. Joseph Health.

Thank you very much for your time.
