The PACES/FDA task force is working with Boston Scientific to assess how pediatric electrophysiologists use S-ICDs with the ultimate aim of pediatric FDA labeling for the device. As a first step, we are gathering data via the attached survey on specifics of our use of the device in children. PLEASE take 10 minutes (we timed it!) to fill out the attached qualtrics survey. We would like to get your response by August 15th. It is really important that we get as many responses as possible so we have an adequate picture of how this device is presently being used in the pediatric population.
