Dear Colleagues:

Please join us for two important back-to-back major national meetings we are having at Duke in January.

On Thursday and Friday January 11-12, 2024, we are hosting “Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death in the Young: Pathway to Survival”. This will be a proactive think tank bringing in academic, government, and industry experts from around the country (and world) to move the needle on prevention of SCDY. Please join us for this important event. Trainees can register for free. CME credit is planned for this meeting.

Starting Friday evening January 11 and ending Sunday January 13, 2024, the annual national meeting of Parent Heart Watch, called “Heart to Heart”, will be held here. Parent Heart Watch is an association of public/parent-led foundations dedicated to the prevention of SCDY. Their annual meeting is a true educational, academic, and personal building experience. Note, if you register for Heart to Heart, there is a discounted registration for the Think Tank.

I hope to see you there.
