PACES ECHO

PACES and ECHO (A program from University of New Mexico called Extension for Community Health Outreach) are partnering to “Educate pediatricians, pediatric cardiologists, general cardiologists and allied healthcare professionals on how to manage children with arrhythmias”.

The program began in December 2020. Each program is one hour and the sessions are monthly. Each session is a Case-based discussion with presentation of a case which is then discussed by experts.

The topic for the first meeting was “A Newborn with SVT”.

The case was presented by Dr Sujata Alawani from Amritha Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, Kerala, India.

The designated experts for the case discussion were Dr Susan Etheridge form Salt Lake City and Dr Anjan Batra from UC Irvine.
